How do I order CD’s?
Click on the “Pre-order Now” button on the home page. Add the amount of product you would like to purchase in the “Quantity” box and press the “Add to Basket” button. Then click the top right hand button “Checkout.” Then proceed by clicking “Place Order Without Account” or login to your existing account. Enter all fields in the “Ship To” right hand portion of the screen. If you are an overseas customer, make sure that the “Address”, “City”, and “Other State/Province” are completely filled in. Leave the “State/Province” box as “Outside US.” Fill in your “Zip/Postal Code” and the “Country” then press the bottom right hand button “Continue.”
*Please note that when ordering from another country it is important that all the fields are completed. If you are unsure what your “City”, “Other State/Province”, or “Zip/Postal Code” code are, simply add them in the order they appear on your standard address details, we will be able to sort out any discrepancies that may appear before your product ships. Once you have continued by pressing the bottom right “Continue” button follow the prompts to enter your credit card type, number, and shipping method – you are almost done! Follow the prompts to review all your information and you will be notified if your order has been approved.

Is my order and personal information on your website secure?
Yes, our website is protected by a secure server. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our usual method of shipping is with the US Postal Service or United Parcel Service. Orders will usually go out within 48 hours of receiving the order Monday through Friday, and will generally take about 3-7 business days within the United States to receive. If you wish to receive your items sooner, we may ship them overnight or 2nd day, for additional shipping fees.

Items that I am trying to purchase are not showing up in my shopping cart. Why is this?
After selecting the title you'd like to purchase, you must then hit the "Add to Shopping Cart" button that corresponds with the title you'd like. You will still be able to make additional selections after doing this. You will need to have "cookies" enabled in your browser in order to purchase an item.
To check if you have "cookies" enabled,
Internet Explorer
- Go to "internet options" (under the Tools heading in Internet Explorer).
- Click the "security" tab and make sure your settings are on "medium," or lower.
Netscape
- Go to or "preferences" (under the Edit heading in Netscape).
- Click "advanced" and make sure your browser is set to accept cookies.

Where can I buy Gemini Sun Records products?

Our products are available on this website, as well as through most on-line retailers such as Amazon.com, Cdnow.com to name a few. Gemini Sun Records music is also available for downloading at over 40 major providers including ITunes, Rhapsody, Emusic as well as on this site via our "Music Downloads" button on the home page. How can I listen to a sample of the songs?
Each album has tracks which you may click on to listen to clips of a song. To listen to these song clips, you must have Flash Player, as well as the appropriate sound card and speakers installed. The Flash Player is available for free at www.macromedia.com.

How do I submit a demo for consideration?
Gemini Sun is always open to discovering high quality new music from around the world. If you are a solo musician or group who has completed music that may be of interest Gemini Sun Records, you may send your finished, studio quality CD's, along with a bio and any other pertinent information to the address below. We will only review digital submissions via a MySpace link, all other links will not be reviewed.
